A dynamic weekend featuring a group volunteer activity, charcuterie & dessert social, enriching Bible studies & Sabbath School, uplifting Church services, graduating senior recognition, a memorable teen prom, young adult house party, preteen fun fair & costume party, adult cornhole tournament and engaging sports events for all ages.

With delicious meals to share and a diverse range of activities, this weekend is a perfect opportunity for our Church family to deepen connections, strengthen faith, and create cherished memories together.

A charcuterie & dessert social, teen & young adult fellowship, Bible studies, inspiring Church services, delightful meals, elegant Teen Prom, Young Adult event, fun pre-teen activities, and adult cornhole tournament with movie night and board games will all unfold under one roof at the same hotel this year!

This central location provides a seamless and enjoyable experience, allowing our church family to effortlessly transition between spiritual enrichment, fellowship, and the fun activities planned throughout the weekend.

To receive the group rate, book by February 20th  When booking your room on the hotel's website, do NOT select more than 2 people in your room (even if your family is larger) as this will charge "extra person fees."   The total cost, including taxes and fees, should only be $123.17

per night, per room. Note: The hotel will not charge your credit card until check-in. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty prior to 24 hours before your check-in.

A Night to Remember

The evening begins with a formal sit-down dinner featuring a choice of entrée options, delicious sides, also including thoughtfully prepared vegetarian and gluten-free selections for those who need special accommodations. Dessert follows with multiple options to choose from before the night transitions into music, dancing, and celebrating with friends. From the dining experience to the dance floor, it’s a polished, exciting evening built around great food, great energy, and unforgettable moments.

Get ready for an inspiring experience at the DFW Regional Weekend with our exceptional lineup of presenters.  These speakers, deeply rooted in the Bible and God's way, will deliver insightful sermons & Bible studies.  Each session will provide profound knowledge, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection with God's teachings.

Mr. Troy Phelps

Troy Phelps serves as pastor of the San Francisco Bay Congregation and the Petaluma Congregation. He and his wife, Cindy, have two daughters and one grandchild. Troy is actively involved in serving the UYC Camp Program and leads the United Young Adults Challenger Backpacking Program in California, combining mentorship, faith, and outdoor adventure to encourage the next generation.

Mr. Scott McKeon

Scott McKeon serves as pastor for the Phoenix Northwest and Northern Arizona Congregations of the United Church of God. He lives in Cave Creek, Arizona with his wife, Carrie, and their three young adult children. He is also active in youth and young adult programs, serving alongside Troy Phelps on the United Young Adults Challenger backpacking program and supporting the UYC camp program. In his free time, Scott enjoys reading, swimming, cycling, and the occasional game of water polo.

Mr. Brian Hoselton

Dr. Hoselton, a retired Chiropractor of 25 years, now serves as an ordained elder in the Fulton, MO congregation. He holds degrees in Theology from Ambassador College, along with a B.S. in Exercise Science and an M.Ed. in Physical Education. In retirement, he enjoys the freedom to attend teen camps, family weekends, and proms with his children. He and his wife, Carole, treasure this season of life with their three children—Max, Jack, and Faith.

Mr. Stephen de Campos

Stephen De Campos is a husband, father, and business leader who serves as Chief Information Officer at Hunt Consolidated. He brings a thoughtful, grounded perspective shaped by leadership experience, problem-solving, and real-world responsibility. Stephen and his wife, Veronica, live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with their two young sons.
